What we collect, and where it goes
Plain examples, one row per place on this site where you can hand over information.
Email sign-up form
- What is collected
- Email address, the page you signed up from, date and time.
- Why
- To send the monthly marketing note and see which pages bring people in.
- Who else sees it
- Stored in our own database. Nothing is sold. If we later send through an email tool, that tool would also hold your address.
- How long we keep it
- Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
Contact form
- What is collected
- Name, email address, your message, date and time.
- Why
- To reply to you and keep a record of what was agreed.
- Who else sees it
- Stored in our own database and read only by us.
- How long we keep it
- Two years, then deleted.
Checkout (services and membership)
- What is collected
- Name, email, billing address and card details — entered directly into our payment provider's secure form.
- Why
- To take payment, send a receipt, and handle tax and refunds.
- Who else sees it
- Held by our payment provider, who is the party processing the card. We receive only your email, the amount, the currency and what you bought.
- How long we keep it
- Payment records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require.
Social links
- What is collected
- Nothing on our side.
- Why
- The links simply open the platform in a new tab.
- Who else sees it
- Once you land on Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn or YouTube, that platform's own privacy terms apply.
- How long we keep it
- Not applicable.
Things we do not do
- We do not sell or rent your details to anyone.
- We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking scripts.
- We never see or store your full card number.
